CUPE 2011 Annual General Meeting – Election Results
CUPE 2011 held its Annual General Meeting last night and is pleased to announce the results of the elections for the available positions.
We would like to congratulate the following members on their successful election:
• General Vice President – Sean Walmsley
• Recreation Vice President – David Stork
• Parks Vice President – Kirsten Longbottem
• Treasurer – Dale Smith
• Recording Secretary – Jillian Tuson
• Executive at Large – Kevin McGuire
We also want to extend our sincere thanks to all members who put their names forward and to everyone who participated in the election process. Your ongoing engagement and commitment help strengthen our union and ensure that CUPE 2011 continues to represent its members effectively. We also would like to thank our outgoing executive members, Deb Clarke and Kathy Brown for their hard work and commitment to the local during their time on the board.
We look forward to another productive year ahead, working together to support our members and advance our collective goals.
